Nathanael “Nate” Pilate founded Senior Benefits Pro LLC with one mission in mind: to serve seniors by providing them with the best life insurance options to protect their families. With extensive experience working with dozens of insurance carriers, Nate specializes in helping seniors, including those with significant health challenges, find affordable coverage that brings peace of mind.
After years in corporate roles, Nate realized he wanted to work in a field where he could build real, lasting relationships with his clients.
Life insurance became his passion because it allowed him to offer something of true value while making a difference in people’s lives.
He is especially passionate about helping seniors, many of whom are on fixed incomes and feel overwhelmed by the rising costs of living. Nate’s deep commitment is to ensure that seniors can protect their loved ones without financial strain.

Salvation Army Santa Monica
Since 2020, I have been a part of a team that leads fellow volunteers. We work to cook and serve meals for over 100 homeless guests each week. We also distribute clothing, hygiene kits, and share faith with the guests.
Vintage Church Santa Monica/Malibu
My faith is a HUGE part of my life and I love being highly involved in faith-based organizations/activities. Vintage Church in Santa Monica has been my home church for years, though I also enjoy sermons from Saddleback Church, Revolution Church, Waveside Church and Saddleback Church.
Drug and Alcohol Recovery Outreach
Since 2017 I’ve had the pleasure of serving as chairman and panelist for an organization that visits patients/inmates in hospitals, psychiatric facilities, and jails to bring them the message of recovery from drugs and alcohol. I serve at numerous facilities including Northridge Pediatric Psychiatric Facility, Orion Behavior House, Tarzana Treatment Center, and Van Nuys Behavioral Health Hospital.
Speaking & Testimony
Weekly I am asked to speak at churches across Southern California to share my own story of faith and recovery. This is one of the brightest joys in my life because of the people I meet and stories I hear from people still struggling with addiction.
